Glad we decided to try this restaurant out! They were all so friendly and very helpful on any questions we had about the food. Very clean!! I got the Big Bowl Noodle soup with shrimp and Tonkutsu broth and didn’t disappoint I highly recommend trying this restaurant out if you haven’t already
this is the second time having WGAF, the first time in person. i went with coworkers at lunchtime to celebrate. it was empty so we were seated right away. there were five of us and we each got two rolls so it took a bit to get our food but it wasn’t too big of a deal. i ordered the honey shrimp roll and king lobster roll. be on the lookout for the surprise from your waiter honey shrimp: kani, cucumber, avocado and soy bean paper. deep-fried and topped with popcorn shrimp and special sauce. king lobster: lobster tempura, cucumber, avocado, mango, jalapeno and cream cheese wrapped in soy bean paper with eel sauce and spicy mayo.
Walked in and the service was amazing. Lots of advice on what’s good on the menu so I ended ordering their Miso Ramen bowl. Let me tell you, I have eaten my fair share of ramen but this is by the most noodles I’ve gotten and it was delicious. I actually had to tap out on the ramen there was so much food in that bowl! Spicy Tuna rolls were indeed spicy and delicious
Food is top notch and so is the service. Lot that they can do soy paper and deep fry any of the sushi - some places won’t do that. We got some chicken friend rice and coconut curry udon noodles. I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken fried rice, it didn’t have much flavor, but the waiter was great and took the dish back. The noodle soup was delicious and so flavorful. Sushi was amazing too. This is a family owned business and all the waiters were super helpful and were attentive to us. Will definitely come back here again. Price is super reasonable too.
Second time there in 3 days!! First time, my son and I had great experience flavorful ,creative sushi. The service was outstanding! The second time was even better! Ordered another unique flavorful roll, service was fantastic we had other staff members come up just to help and ask how the food is who were not waiting on us. Just wonderful experience highly recommend and we are definitely coming back.

This is our favorite sushi place in Ohio, and it has ruined all "regular" sushi places we were able to go to before. We have come 5 times now since February '24 and every single time, the sushi is amazing, and our waiter is the best and always remembers us. Our youngest got the ramen noodle soup bowl yesterday, August '24, and to quote her "it tastes like an angel in heaven." High praise from a 7 year old who lives for ramen, sushi and rice. Every time we make the trek to Columbus, this is where we eat now, and we always leave happy and so satisfied.
We came here because we’ve passed it many times on Sancus, and always said we should stop. So tonight, a Thursday, we came, before 6, and it was not busy at all. But as the evening progressed, people started rollling in. I’ve been looking for a good sushi place (and I’m not very adventurous) so I had a Boston roll and a shrimp tempura roll with brown rice. These were so good—made to order and the ingredients were so fresh!!! My husband had General Tso’s Chicken with added veg (broccoli and celery). He also had gyoza for an appetizer that was excellent. Since it is all cooked to order, it was so fresh! I told my husband we’ll be back soon!
